Revamp CRM Terms of Service

1. Hosted service

Revamp Tech LLC provides Revamp CRM as a hosted agency CRM for Revamp businesses and the client companies they serve. These terms describe hosted access. They are not a sale of source code. The software license in LICENSE.md is separate.

2. Access and workspaces

This deployment has one agency. After the first owner account is created, new users join by invitation. Each company uses its own sub-account. Company admins and collaborators may use the permissions assigned to them. Agency-level management belongs to Revamp.

3. Your responsibilities

Keep login credentials secure, invite only authorized people, and use company records and messaging channels only for authorized purposes. Company administrators are responsible for the records they add and for their team’s access.

4. Features and fees

Available features depend on workspace configuration and connected providers. There is no public self-serve checkout on this host. Fees, support, uptime, and termination for a client company are defined in that company’s written agreement with Revamp, if one exists.

5. Company data

Company data stays in that company’s sub-account. Revamp hosts it as the operator. Export, retention, and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and the applicable service arrangement. When a workspace is closed, we will provide a reasonable export window if requested in writing before deletion.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unlawful spam, to violate communications consent laws, or to attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend an account that creates a security or legal risk.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revamp Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability under these hosted-access terms is limited to the fees paid to Revamp for the affected workspace in the prior twelve months, or one hundred US dollars (US $100) if no such fees were paid.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Illinois have exclusive venue except where applicable law requires otherwise.
