Revamp CRM Privacy Policy

1. Who this covers

Revamp Tech LLC (“Revamp,” “we,” “us”) operates Revamp CRM as a hosted workspace at this application host. This policy covers platform accounts and the data stored in company sub-accounts. The public marketing site at revampindustries.com has its own privacy policy.

2. Information we handle

Platform records include names, email addresses, memberships, and support requests. Each company sub-account may contain contacts, pipeline records, tasks, messages, bookings, files, and other information entered by authorized users. We also keep technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Company sub-account data

Each client company uses a separate sub-account. That company decides what customer data to add. Revamp hosts and administers it on the company’s behalf. Access follows the roles assigned in the workspace. A written service agreement, when one exists, controls each party’s responsibilities for that data.

4. How we use information and who processes it

We use information to provide access, operate workspaces, send transactional messages you enable, support users, and secure the platform. Current processors include Vercel (application hosting), Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication and database), and Resend (email, when configured). Optional tools such as Twilio, OpenRouter, or Mapbox only process data if that integration is turned on for a workspace. We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies

Session cookies keep you signed in. This deployment does not load a marketing pixel or analytics script unless those environment variables are later enabled. If they are, this policy will be updated before they go live.

6. Retention and requests

Platform accounts stay active while the membership exists. Company records are retained while the sub-account is active and as required by the service arrangement. After an account is closed, we delete or anonymize records when they are no longer needed for security or legal purposes.
